Suggested use

Mix 1 scoop of powder with 5-10 ounces of cold water or milk. Smaller amounts of liquid will make a thicker, creamier shake. Larger amounts of liquid will make a thinner shake. Take up to 3 shakes per day to increase your protein consumption for weight training or sports. Take this product daily. PROmore™ should be used in conjunc- tion with other Controlled Labs products, with an adequate amount of water per day, and a high protein/moderate carbohydrate diet.
